Our canvas is a heavy-weight, acid-free matte material designed for longevity. Unlike cheaper synthetic alternatives, our museum-grade canvas has a natural texture that holds pigment-based inks with incredible precision, ensuring your art doesn't yellow or fade over time.

We use a premium matte finish. We chose this specifically to eliminate glare from windows and indoor lighting, allowing the high-contrast details and deep blacks of our portraits to be viewed clearly from any angle in the room.

We use professional-grade archival pigment inks. These are designed to resist UV light and moisture, meaning the colors will remain as vivid as the day you received the piece for decades to come.

Every Arturistik piece is a "Gallery Wrap." The canvas is hand-stretched over an internal 1.25” solid wood frame. This provides a thick, sturdy profile on your wall and means the art arrives ready to hang immediately—no external framing is required.

Currently, we specialize in serving the Australian market. We offer Free Shipping on all orders nationwide, from major cities to regional areas.

Because we avoid mass production, each piece goes through a dedicated production and inspection phase.

• Shipping: 3–7 business days via our Australian courier partners.

• Total: Most customers receive their art within 5–12 business days.

We take extreme care in our packaging. Each canvas is wrapped in a protective layer and housed in a reinforced, heavy-duty cardboard container specifically designed to prevent corner damage and surface scuffs during transit.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the piece moves into our production queue and cannot be altered.

As each piece is produced in a small batch specifically for your order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your art arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect, we will replace it immediately. Please contact support@arturistik.com with photos of the issue.
