At Arturistik, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our 1.25” solid wood frames and archival canvases.

• Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact support@arturistik.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• Change of Mind: Because each piece is produced in small batches and hand-stretched specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guide (Classic vs. Statement) carefully before purchasing.

• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before they move into our production queue.
